Real Estate Lawyer

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Lawyer, with at least 3 year’s PQE, to handle a broad range of commercial and residential property matters including residential development work, option agreements, plot sales, commercial leases, commercial financing and a mix of residential and commercial conveyancing.

The candidate should have significant experience in commercial property law and be able to manage a wide range of commercial and residential transactions independently. We seek a person with excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and who can work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Real Estate Paralegal

We also have a new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal, with at least 2 year’s experience, to join our firm.  The successful candidate will be supporting the Senior Partner and Commercial Property team.   You will be responsible for drafting commercial and residential property documents, raising and answering commercial property enquiries, reviewing property deeds, title registers and associated documents to prepare reports and provide advice on commercial property matters.
