Most of our clients and staff are understandably nervous about the effects of the Coronavirus on our daily lives.  Our desire to continue to provide great service to our clients is tempered by the need to keep our clients and our staff safe.

As at 8.00am on Monday 11 May our response and approach to Coronavirus events is as follows:

  • There is a minimal presence in our offices during working hours, but most staff are working remotely.  All post is opened daily and is distributed electronically to relevant staff.
  • All incoming calls to our main switchboard number (020 8417 8000) are now being routed externally to our admin staff who will take a message.  For the time being this system only accommodates only one simultaneous call.  If possible, please use the direct dial number for the person that you are trying to contact.  These appear at the foot of this note and on our contacts page.
  • Save in the case of emergency we will not be conducting face-to-face meetings.  Please use the letterbox if you need to drop papers off at our offices.
  • All of our staff would be happy to conduct a meeting via Zoom or other similar video-conferencing platforms.
