We are a team of 7 lawyers who between us have 90 years of property law experience covering most aspects of property law.  Between us we bring many skills to the table, not just legal!

You will always speak to the solicitor dealing with your matter, or their secretary if they are unavailable, but in the event of an urgent matter, another solicitor will always be happy to pick up the reigns.

Whether we are acting for a buyer or seller, a landlord or tenant, we try to anticipate problems or questions that the counterpart may raise in order to be proactive and offer a solution or have a plan “B” to deal with a potential problem, before it arises.

Our starting point is our client’s “end result” and we then work out the best way to achieve that result in the best possible time and the most cost effective way.
