As solicitors, our practice is highly regulated and it is a legal requirement that we do not just record on our files evidence of ID verification, but also the source of a client’s wealth and the source of their funds for a particular transaction.

In this instance we are happy that we have ID verification on file for you, but we do need to record how you are funding this particular transaction.
